Unused credits may be eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided no audio has been generated using those credits.
If audio generation fails due to a technical error on our end, the credits deducted will be automatically refunded to your account.
Credits that have been used for successful audio generation are non-refundable. Partial use of a plan is non-refundable.
To request a refund, please contact our support team with your account email and transaction details. We will process eligible refunds within 5-7 business days.
Kokum reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
